Starling murmurations thousands of birds all swooping and diving in unison. An amazing hypnotising sight to witness. They gather to keep warm at night, to exchange information on good feeding grounds, keep safe from predators such as peregrine falcons. They gather over their roosting site, and perform their wheeling stunts before they roost for the night.
